Kelly’s Landing
I went to a little spot in Boston today known as Kelly’s Landing to take some pictures of the incoming airplanes. It was cold, cloudy, and miserable. Most of the shots I took were crap. These were some of the better ones I took today, and they’re still crap.
If there were any decent pictures today, it would be one of these two.
I think the US Airways A319 is probably my favorite of the two. You can make out the tail number on it, N760US. Although the Delta/Song Boeing 757 isn’t a bad shot, either. I just couldn’t make out the tail number on it. Oh, who am I kidding? In this lighting, they’re all crap.
Hi Mike, I have a question for you, the other day we were visiting a friend of mine who lives in Winthrop, we came upon the perfect spot to watch the planes land, but now I’m afraid I won’t be able to find it again, and I’m wondering if you know the name of the place , if it even has a name, there is a fenced in playground area, a basket ball court, a ballfield, and it’s right on the waterfront across from the airport, I wondered if you knew where this was, the name of the park, or the street it’s on so I can mapquest it, I’d love to bring my kids there again to see the planes, they were SO close, they went right over our heads.
