Dear JetBlue
JetBlue has a great website that allows you to manage your entire flight itinerary. They also have a great section for customer feedback. I can tell you that they answer every question personally. Often times, they’ll use these customer comments for their website. So this morning, I wrote about how excited I was to be on their inaugural flight to San Francisco. This is what I wrote:
San Francisco is one of my favorite cities on the planet. JetBlue has become my new favorite airline on the planet. I’m thrilled that my favorite airline is now flying to one of my favorite cities! This is why I booked myself a ticket on your inaugural flight into SFO. (Okay, it was a good excuse to visit old friends, too.) You really have no idea how excited I am about this first flight.
In typical fashion, they responded to my comments within a few hours.

Thanks for the awesome welcome to San Francisco! We’re excited to begin serving a new Bay Area location, and are pleased to receive such positive feedback from our customers.
We look forward to welcoming you onboard our inaugural flight to San Francisco on May 3, 2007. Who knows, maybe your friends will return the visit and hop on a JetBlue flight from San Francisco to Boston. How fun!
