I’m at work today, and I’m just completely wiped out. I’ve been tired for weeks. This is certainly my MS kicking my ass.

There is certainly a pattern to this.  About 11:00, I’ll be okay and then after lunch I’ll feel wiped out again.  About 2:00, I’ll feel better, get a little bit done, and then start winding down about 3:30. It’s weird.

I think I just need to go home and take a nap.
